Is it worth it to upgrade

Hi,



I have an old pc I built many years ago. It has an Intel D915GEV motherboard with an Intel Pentium 4 630 processor. Would it be worth it to upgrade just the processor to a faster one for a minimal price?Can it still do its job?..and fast enough? Or are there things it simply will never be able to do no matter how much money you sink into the existing hardware?

I am running Windows 7 on it.
